8 week “intensive” transformation program – $1000

Training Programs (for locals):
Private training at Fitness Factory in West Hollywood (no need for a membership) or Metropolis Gym at 5003 S La Brea- $100/hr Personal home gym (I will travel to you, and bring all weights, mats, & resistance bands)- $90/hr
Posing Sessions (fashion/fitness/print/competition):
Private sessions – $80/hr
On location services for photo-shoots – $150 (2 hrs max); $240 (4 hrs max)
Kitchen Makeover and Custom Food Prep:
Kitchen makeover and in home food prep - $150/hr (plus cost of food)
Daily food prep – $40/day for 3 meals (cost of food and tupperware included)
